What do the various registration passes include?

Conference Pass: The pass includes all concurrent learning sessions Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, keynote speakers, special sessions, events and meet and mingle meals. A Conference Pass does not include pre and post conference workshops. You may purchase workshops a la carte with a Conference Pass.

Value Pass:  The Value Pass includes everything included with the Conference Pass PLUS you will add your choice of up to three (3) workshops and a FREE Career-enhancing book!

EA Summit Pass: This Pass provides, upon acceptance, access to an exclusive 4-day program focused on the leadership role and challenges of the executive-level assistant.  It includes specially designed sessions, workshops, networking events and meals.  Additionally, EA Summit participants have access to all APC Keynotes, learning sessions, meals and special events including the Welcome Reception and the Tuesday Night Party.

What is the Executive Assistants’ Summit and how to do I register for it?

The Executive Assistants’ Summit (EA Summit) is an exclusive program for assistants who work directly with senior executives, including the CEO, COO, CIO, CFO, President, Managing Director, EVPs, and SVPs.

If you meet the above criteria and you have NOT attended the EA Summit previously, you must fill out our EA Summit application and submit it for review. If you are accepted, you will be sent a link to register for the Summit.

What if I have attended the EA Summit in the past, do I still need to apply?

How/where can I book my hotel?

What is the cost of the hotel?

The cost per night is $209.00 plus taxes and fees when you book your accommodations at the Venetian Las Vegas by August 19, 2017.  NOTE:  If you can’t attend the Conference for any reason, it is your responsibility to cancel your hotel reservation.

Do you have a government rate for the hotel?

The Government rate is $102.00/ night plus taxes and fees available at the Mirage Las Vegas (across the street from the Venetian). Do you offer group rates for the Conference?

What meals are included in the passes?

All registrations include access to the Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch on Monday and Tuesday, the Tuesday Night Party, and breakfast on Wednesday.  Additionally, beverage breaks are provided throughout the conference.

Additionally, lunch is included for attendees who take the equivalent of a full-day Pre Conference Workshops on Sunday and Post Conference Workshops on Wednesday.

What is the dress code for the conference?

The dress code is Business Casual. Please note- meeting rooms may be chilly, a sweater or scarf is always best to have on hand.

Is the PACE certification being offered at the Conference?

Yes, the PACE certification prep class and exam is being offered on Saturday, September 16th. This can be purchased a la carte for $349.00 for ASAP Members and $375.00 for non-members.

How do I add the PACE Certification to my registration?

If you have not yet registered, you can add the PACE Certification during the registration process.

When will I receive my PACE certification portal login information?

You will receive your PACE certification portal login information within 48 hours of adding it to your conference registration. 

The login information will come from the our certification portal, Litmos. The email will come from system@litmos.com. To ensure all certification communications, be sure to add this address to your Address book ( and check your spam/junk folders)

Can I purchase only the dinner for the Monday Night Out?

No, you must purchase the full ticket (High Roller 30-minute ride and Dinner at 1 of 3 restaurants for $105.00.

What is the dress code for the Monday Night Out?

The dress code for the Monday Night Out is casual.

What is the theme for the Tuesday Night Party?

The theme for the Tuesday Night Party is Silver 25th Anniversary.

What is the dress code for the Tuesday Night Party?

Wear silver and sparkles!to celebrate our Silver 25th Anniversary! Don’t have any silver or sparkly? That’s okay! Business Casual/ Casual is accepted.

What is the Conference cancellation policy?

Conference Cancellation:

Cancellations for your REGISTRATION to the ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS CONFERENCE must be received no later than August 4, 2017 to receive a refund however; a $300 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds for cancellations will be processed after August 4, 2017. Registration substitutions are allowed. Cancellation fees do not apply to substitutions. Companies will be invoiced for registrations not cancelled by August 4, 2017.

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

The Venetian Las Vegas Cancellation:

Cancellations for your HOTEL RESERVATION must be received by The Venetian Las Vegas a minimum of 48 hours prior to your confirmed arrival date or you will forfeit your one (1) night deposit. Failing to cancel your hotel reservation at least 48 hours in advance of your arrival means a 1 night deposit will be charged.
