Health & Safety

When you join us at the Administrative Professionals Conference in Orlando this September, you can expect health and safety to be our TOP PRIORITY. For those that have joined us in the past, this year might feel different than the APC experiences you’ve had in prior years. We want you to know that the heart of APC will not change, and we are very excited to welcome you back safely in 2022.

All Secure Standards

As we return to live events, Diversified Communications is committed to the health and safety of our customers, partners, speakers, and staff. With the guidance of event industry associations UFI, AEO, and SISO, Diversified Communications has adapted the All Secure Standards.

COVID-19 Safety & Event Protocols

Each Diversified Communications event will follow the recommendations from public health officials, federal, state, and local authorities, and venues. Below is a list of guidelines APC will adhere to for our in-person events. This list is subject to change and we encourage you to continually check this page for any updates leading up to the event.

The value of in person, face to face interaction is immeasurable. Every effort is being made to ensure your experience at this year’s show, while perhaps different from what we’ve come to expect, is safe, positive and productive and helps you meet your career goals for years to come.

If you determine that you are not comfortable attending APC in person this year, we have several virtual options for you – including our APC Live Stream pass and Virtual APC event planned for November. If you wish to transfer your in-person pass to a virtual option, please contact [email protected].

Regardless of whether you choose our in-person event or a virtual option, we look forward to hosting you for a safe and successful APC 2022!
