You can’t succeed unless your team succeeds. And, your team can’t perform if it is mired in dysfunctional behaviors and attitudes. Based on Patrick Lencioni’s ground-breaking book, “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team”, this session addresses common team problems including: absence of trust; fear of conflict; lack of commitment; avoidance of accountability; and inattention to results. When managing a team – directly or indirectly – you are challenged to understand the dysfunctions, and work with staff to overcome them.
