Meetings and group collaboration are a daily part of the world of business, and virtual meetings have become quite common. Once novel and scarcely available, video technologies to support virtual meetings are now ubiquitous. Yet many of these meetings leave a lot to be desired. Facilitating collaboration through more effective meetings is a needed leadership skill. By using the right tools and processes Executive Assistants can exercise informal leadership. Learn about technologies and a process for designing more effective virtual meetings for your executive – and help your executive deliver better results when she or he leads digital meetings! Take the lead and influence results by using Facilitated Collaboration (R) techniques. Prior experience with video conferencing platforms is helpful but not required. Attendees will be able to:

  • Use digital processes that enable people to work together more productively
  • Recognize opportunities for EAs to exercise leadership directly and indirectly through Facilitated Collaboration®
  • Recommend effective strategies to senior leadership for running productive C-level meetings
