W2 – Project Management Bootcamp – FULL DAY WORKSHOP

Then learn how to determine project scope and requirements, the significance of SMART requirements, and the importance of work breakdown structure. Next, see how to develop a project schedule and create an actionable project plan. Translate the project requirements into actionable tasks. In teams, explore the critical concept of risk management and how to identify risks including probability and impact assessment. Identify various risk response methods we can use to mitigate risk. To conclude the workshop, boost your understanding of procurement management, the different types of contracts and which contract is best suited for which type of scenario. Walk away with a better understanding of project management from beginning to end and knowing how to:

- Break down scope/requirements into activities/tasks.
