When a manager becomes an executive their work changes and that has a major impact in your work. A defining factor of success for an executive is to let go of the work they once did in order to embrace their new role. It’s your job to make your executive more successful with you than without you, and you can do that by helping focus them on what only they can do and creating paths to delegate the rest of the work. We’ll focus on how to manage C-level workflow, communications, and triaging with confidence. And most importantly, show how to identify gaps in your current partnerships, and what you can do to close them.
