Lisa Adkins is the Executive Assistant for two Principals at Booz Allen Hamilton, working in the Civil Government Sector of the firm. She has more than 15 years of experience providing onsite and remote support for various leaders in the firm. She is a subject matter expert on providing remote support and has led multiple training sessions on Time Management, Being Successful Providing Remote Support, amongst other areas of interest. Prior to working at Booz Allen Hamilton, Lisa worked in the human resources field, specializing in risk management, workers compensation, employee benefits, 401(k) retirement plans, and company provided insurance. Lisa helped form an internal administrative community for Booz Allen that provides education and networking opportunities to all administrative professionals. She currently leads the Recruiting Partnership Committee, utilizing her human resources experience and working with her firm’s recruiters to retain the top talent and assist with administrative hiring requirements. Lisa mentors several Executive Assistants in the firm. In addition to being CAP and PACE certified, she also holds an ACEA certificate.
