Madeline Cate possesses a diverse background with over a dozen years of experience in project management and administrative work. Her introduction to Lean was love at first visual management. Her varied jobs have included: English teacher in South Korea, zombie at a haunted trail, and social worker for the elderly. She is currently working towards her Lean certification and loves to encourage others to pursue the personal and professional goals that excite and scare them.
