Steven Iwersen, CSP is the founder and owner of Aurora Pointe, LLC, an international speaking and leadership development firm. He has been a professional speaker for more than 30 years and has been in active leadership roles since 1981. He is the author of The Porcupine Principles: How To Move Prickly People to Preferred Outcomes. As a relational leadership expert, he has spoken to over 500+ audiences during the last 10 years on the subject of creating a leadership culture.  His expertise is in leading people and organizations through change. He was the Co-Host of the National Speakers Association “Voices of Experience” Audio & Video Magazine in 2015-16. Steven is the proud dad of three boys and now a grandpa to six adorable little girls and two grandsons! He and his wife live in the Kansas City area where they enjoy excellent Jazz music and the world’s best BBQ.
