Ruth Pearce is the founder of and Chief Inspiration Officer at ALLE LLC. After 25 years as a program manager, Ruth experienced a period of burnout and retrained as a coach to help bring forth the finest attributes and build resilience in other project managers. Initially coaching 1:1, over time she was reminded of the power of the group and now she focuses on enabling teams to function at their peak through training and speaking. In 2021, Ruth was privileged to be ranked by Thinkers360 as a top 10 thought leader in Mental Health and the Future of Work and top 25 in the topic of Leadership. She launched the Community of Practice in VIA Character Strengths. She was also privileged to release two LinkedIn Learning courses for project managers. Her passion is people making workplaces work – for you and the organization.
