Between gathering research, organizing content, designing slides, and writing scripts, creating a presentation can be a difficult and time-consuming process. Using AI as your personal assistant, however, can make that process smoother and faster—and even make your presentations much more impactful! In this workshop, you’ll learn how to write effective prompts for conducting presentation research; writing effective speaking scripts; and even creating complete slide decks and integrating images using Microsoft Copilot.
Specifically, you’ll learn how to:
- Write effective contextual prompts in Gemini and ChatGPT to conduct better research, write better scripts, and prepare better presentation outlines
- Use Microsoft Copilot to auto-generate slides with content and images
- Use tools like Dall-E and Freepik to produce high quality images for your presentation Please note: Once session titles, descriptions, levels, durations, and formats have been finalized, there will be no changes allowed unless requested by Diversified staff.
