About 25% of our population includes neurodivergent individuals who think differently, speak differently, and have entirely different ways of working. They may have differences in how they see the world around them, how they cognitively make sense of information, and how they complete administrative tasks, duties, and responsibilities. But you may be surprised to know that they also bring incredible strengths such as high attention to detail, deep focus, creative problem solving, integrity, and innovative solutions to our offices.
Many of these individuals are Administrative Professionals who may or may not be getting the support they need in the workplace for their unique strengths to shine.
