Patty Lopez is an Executive Assistant within Meta’s people strategy and operations, including recruiting, development, performance, compensation and benefits, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and Meta’s remote workforce. Before transitioning to this role, Patty provided executive administrative support within the Metaverse, Choice & Competition, and Commerce domains. 

Preceding Meta, and for 10+ years, Patty was the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and the Senior Vice President of Artificial Intelligence & Innovation at Assurant, Inc., a global insurance underwriter.

Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a concentration in project management and is currently working on earning her master’s degree in business administration.
