Robert Hosking is executive director of the administrative and customer support practice at Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm, where he leads operations for nearly 300 practice locations worldwide. With close to 30 years of experience in the staffing industry, he began his career at Robert Half in 1995 and has held numerous leadership roles within the company.
With extensive knowledge of the job market, workplace trends and training and development issues, Hosking is a trusted thought leader and frequent speaker. He has presented at industry conferences and is often interviewed by the media. Hosking holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, where he graduated with honors. He is passionate about developing people, building culture and championing diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace.
