Shannon Davis is the Talent Development Manager for MAREK, an 85-year construction contractor recognized for its deep commitment to growing people throughout operations in Texas and the Southeast. Shannon and her team partner with leadership to design and deliver solutions that help them achieve their goals. She plays a key role in driving high organizational performance through attracting and developing exceptional talent. Shannon is an advocate for construction industry talent, serving on the AGC Houston Construction Leadership Council, the AGC Houston Scholarship Committee, and volunteering with Rebuilding Together Houston. Shannon is a proud alumna of Texas Tech University and is committed to a life of learning and enjoys empowering those around her. She is a wife and mommy and loves planning new adventures.
