Larae “Rae” Morlan [VP of Administration at First PREMIER Bank –SOUTH DAKOTA] serves as a PA and EA to the Owner, CEO, and Chief Legal Counsel. She has over 30 years of experience in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors and has held various roles in real estate, construction, event planning, and project management. 

Rae is the co-owner of Pop-Up Theatre Company and is actively involved in community organizations such as Make-A-Wish South Dakota/Montana and Chad Greenway’s Lead the Way Foundation. She has been with First PREMIER Bank for 17 years and has a BFA in 
Theatre Arts (performance and direction) from Stephens College and a Teaching Certification in Secondary Education Communications and Theatre.
